JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Total Talent Leader, this role is responsible for actively identifying and recruiting high caliber professional talent.This person will support Hiring Managers and HR to provide potential candidates that are qualified, interested, and available for potential or future opportunities to build candidate pipelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works consultatively with TA Business Partners through the recruiting and talent selection process. Align on the recruitment strategy define expectations for engagement in a service level agreementRecruits cross-functionally and at various levels within the organizationUtilizes various recruitment tools to source talent and build candidate pipelines, including internal applicant tracking system, employee referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, research, cold calling, job fairs and other sourcing strategies as requiredCreates a memorable candidate experience by energizing candidates around the organization's employment value propositionIndependently interviews and evaluates candidates, both internal and external, and refers qualified applicants to department managers for consideration. May also conduct onsite interviews as requiredParticipates in and provides recommendations and feedback on recruitment projects as neededProvides course corrective direction to recruitment efforts as required and works closely with hiring management to ensure plans are meeting goals and objectivesConducts debrief meetings with the hiring managers and teams on candidate selection.Will leverage our internal HR system to facilitate background checks, drug screens, and general posting and on-boarding requirementsMaintains relationship with inactive/passive candidates and builds a network of strong talent in the marketplaceProvides ongoing communication with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and where necessary, key stakeholders on status of candidates and progressPerforms other related duties as assignedEDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE :

Bachelor's degree preferred4+ years' recruiting experience4+ years' experience providing administrative and project coordination experience2+ years' experience supporting high performing talent acquisition or staffing teamsTO BE A GOOD FIT:

Strong technical competence and proficiency using Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams)Experience using ATS systemsDemonstrated success in building credible relationships, and proactively partnering with business leaders throughout the recruitment and selection processDetail oriented with exceptional time management skills and accuracy in presentation of informationKnowledge of current employment laws and legislationHighly effective communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal effectiveness, and the ability to work with all levels of management and employees
