Data Architect at Manpower Group in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description Experis is seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our team on a contract basis to help us organize our financial data, build comprehensive dashboards, and create detailed six-week reports. This role will be instrumental in establishing a data road map for the company, ensuring our data is structured and utilized effectively. Responsibilities: + Data Organization : Manage and organize data from various financial sources to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility. + Dashboard Development : Design and build interactive dashboards to provide insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making. + Reporting : Develop detailed six-week reports to track key metrics and performance indicators. + Data Road Map : Create a strategic data road map to guide the company's data management and utilization efforts. + Collaboration : Work closely with finance and other departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. + Data Governance : Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity and security. + Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in data processes and implement best practices for data management. Requirements: + Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role. + Strong background in organizing and managing financial data. + Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). + Experience with building and maintaining dashboards. + Ability to create comprehensive reports and data analyses. + Excellent understanding of data governance and best practices. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in the finance industry. + Knowledge of SQL and other database management tools. + Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions.
