Notre Dame Prep is seeking qualified candidates for the Director of Annual Giving. This position is primarily responsible for expanding the institutional support of the Notre Dame Fund through current parents, alum parents, alumni, grandparents, businesses, and extended friends of the school.

Essential Functions:

Development and implementation of the Notre Dame Fund plan and strategies.

Increasing awareness and support for the Notre Dame Fund.

Achievement of specific financial goals, as determined by the Corporate President, Head of School, and Vice President for Advancement.

Management of the day-to-day operations related to annual giving programs.

Work with other members of the advancement team to develop strategies to increase participation rates and giving levels among key constituent groups.

Ensure proper maintenance of constituent records and development of the school’s database.

Assist with the creation of an annual advancement plan and calendar.

Management, recruitment, and training of volunteers to assist in various fundraising initiatives.

Execution of special events designed to cultivate donors, including:

St. Peter Chanel Recognition Dinner

Volunteer Appreciation Event

Grandparent’s Day Event

Collaborating with other advancement team members on the creation of the school’s annual report.

Other duties as assigned.
