LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Accountant for our client in San Francisco, CA. This is full-time direct hire opportunity offers a hybrid work environment.
The Senior Accountant will supervise accounting analysts, processing month-end close procedures, act as a liaison for investment managers, prepare financial statements and manage bank reconciliations. This role requires at least 4 years of experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience. This would be a great opportunity for an applicant with excellent organizational and leadership skills to join a growing company.
Responsibilities:
Process month-end close, including reconciling general ledger
Manage bank reconciliations and payments to ensure proper documentation and compliance
Reconcile stock dividends quarterly
Assist with cash flow projections and review cash flow statements
Maintain loan files, property tax files and billing documentation
Prepare quarterly financial statements and reports
Supervise and train accounting analysts
Act as liaison for investment managers and professionals
Review and maintain investment activity
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
4-6 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience required
CPA preferred
Thorough knowledge of GAAP
Strong Excel skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team oriented
