This role will serve as a “right hand” to the Director of Human Resources, partnering with this individual to manage a variety of human resources-related administrative tasks and projects. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESThe Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the following in addition to any other responsibilities as determined by their manager, the Director of Human Resources.

> Manage Human Resources inbox and phone line: answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refer more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management as needed> Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of these records> Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents arecollected and filed appropriately, organize employee records> Manage HRIS transactions as needed> Prepare HR reports, both for internal team use and external stakeholders> Prepare HR documents, process Personnel Action Requests> Update staff directories and organizational charts as needed> Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. pay changes, Verifications of Employment)> Process departmental expense reports, track credit card expenses and maintain a library of receipts> Assist with planning and execution of various recurring HR initiatives and events, such as benefits enrollment, in-person orientation, professional development and other training sessions, etc.> Provide support for HR projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS> You have a bachelor’s degree> You have 2-3 years of human resources experience (preferred)> You are values aligned. COMPENSATIONThe starting hourly rate for this position is $25.00.
