Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Director to join our team. This role involves managing various human resources functions to support our organization's goals and maintain a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the recruitment, interview, hiring, and onboarding of new staff members.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company guidelines.Develop and deliver company-wide training and educational programs.Duties:Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies related to talent management, including recruiting, retention, and compensation.Offer support and guidance on complex HR issues, including accommodation requests, investigations, and terminations.Manage the recruitment process, including candidate selection and hiring; work with department heads to identify job requirements.Administer payroll processes, including biweekly payroll, time sheet accuracy, and special payroll deductions.Analyze compensation and benefits trends; propose competitive pay programs and employee recognition initiatives to attract and retain talent.Oversee benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, and invoice approvals.Develop and manage employee development programs to enhance internal career growth.Supervise employee onboarding, disciplinary processes, and investigations.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; review and update HR policies as needed.Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal changes.Required Skills and Abilities:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage priorities and delegate tasks effectively.Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Proficiency with ADP, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software.Experience with or ability to quickly learn the company's HRIS and talent management systems.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least three years of experience in human resources management is preferred.
