The Patient Registration Lead is responsible for providing feedback on daily registration processes and staffing issues to the Patient Access Manager. You will need to have qualities for detail and accuracy. In this role:You will provide assistance to staff level employees as necessary to ensure compliance with department policies and procedures.You will assist the manager with staffing, report reconciliation, QA process, backup for patient registration/verification as needed, and other duties as assigned.What qualifications you will need:
