Business Analyst - Hybrid

Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will support the Client Communications Management Portal and work within a matrixed organization including marketing stakeholders, product and technology owners, and business partners. Your role involves leading platform and product strategy, managing communication on products and projects, and working closely with stakeholders to remove blockers. You will be responsible for managing schedules, SOW, and the budget for the LOB, as well as creating and managing a project management dashboard and presentation decks to influence stakeholders and leadership. You will also meet regularly with scrum teams, marketing partners, and technical audiences to address customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Own all aspects of the platform, including development, implementation, and production. Ensure technology ecosystem supports strategic objectives and use cases. Evaluate existing technology, processes, and operating models for optimization. Advocate for holistic marketing capability solutions with a focus on automation and efficiency. Act as a liaison between business/marketing stakeholders and platform/technology teams. Translate business objectives into detailed use cases and business requirements. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and build relationships with key stakeholders. Support documentation, training, and best practices to increase team adoption and efficiency. Handle digital communications spanning marketing, service, regulatory, and print/digital channels. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: Extensive experience with digital communications and best practices. Strong creative problem-solving, process optimization, and ideation skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Strong project management skills, with a high sense of responsibility and independence. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create effective presentations. Familiarity with communications platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, PageFlex, and OpenText. Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
