Company Description:

Kaufhold’s Kurds is a 29-year-old, family owned and operated manufacturer and distributor of hand-breaded Wisconsin cheese curds sold to foodservice customers in 49 states. Our curds are the crème da la crème of cheese curds—all-natural white cheddar cheese made with farmer-certified, rBST-free milk and lightly breaded to ensure maximum cheese in each bite. We have eight main flavors—the Original, the Garlic, the Jalapeño, the Dill, the Sriracha, the Yellow, the Mozzarella, and the Cajun.

Kaufhold’s is partnered with Sky Island Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, to support additional aggressive growth and expansion. Sky Island has a proven track record of scaling family-owned manufacturing companies and will provide support for this position.
