Schedule:

Sunday 8:00am – 1:30pm, Monday-Thursday 10:00am – 3:00pm;Additional hours as needed for special events, conferences, and other mandatory company dates.Responsibilities:Adhere to policies and procedures as outlined in the Redemption Employee Handbook and as set forth by the Senior Pastors, Executive Pastor.Take shared responsibility for accomplishing the vision of Redemption.Assist the Pastoral Care Department Head and staff with various clerical and administrative duties, including handling telephone messages, emails, and correspondence, making copies, ordering ministry supplies, marketing requests, completing requests from accounting, etc.Coordinate and provide administrative support, class registration within CCB, course certificates and materials, purchasing, greeting/hosting, and logistical support for all development courses.Input monthly serving schedules for all Dream Teams within Pastoral Care.Train Dream Team in internal processes and systems when needed.Help oversee Dream Team of volunteers and Course Leadership.Assist Pastoral Care Department Head with other ministry functions, administrative duties, and activities as assigned, not limited to the mention above.Work with the Care Pastors office and other ministry leaders to carry out the ministry of the church.Provide hospital and home visitations of sick and shut-ins as directed by the Pastoral Care Department Head.Assist with weddings, funerals, water baptisms, and baby dedications as needed and represent Redemption (when needed) at above-stated functions off or on campus.Oversee Development Courses (Complete required training*) and coordinate volunteers to facilitate as directed by Pastoral Care Department Head.Attend Staff Meetings and other required meetings as directed.Perform other duties as assigned by the Department of Pastoral Care.Act as backup to Pastoral Care Department Head when needed.Assist with directing prayer request calls & emails as directed from Pastoral Care Department Head.Assist with Monthly Prayer as needed.Available for home & hospital visits at a moment's notice, various hours if needed.Important Notice:

Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent plus some college preferred.Submitted and committed member of Redemption.Minimum of 2 years prior volunteer experience (Altar Ministry, Healing the Heart, or similar ministry experience a plus).Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with extreme discretion.Physical Requirements:Able to stand for extended periods of time, lift 10-25 lbs on occasion, walk up and down stairs, push and pull carts with supplies, able to twist and turn while carrying supplies.Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Pay, COVID Pay, 403b Retirement Program, Paid Staff Appreciation Days, Medical and Dental.Medical & Dental, and Retirement Program available after 90-day probationary period.
