SCHEDULE:

Monday - Thursday 9am - 4:30pmMust attend mandatory events, conferences, and meetings as required.Responsibilities:Take shared responsibility for accomplishing the vision of Redemption.Strive to display professionalism and moral conduct becoming of a church environment.Administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.Electronically file and upload HR and Payroll documents by organizing old/new files.Assist with any departmental or organizational trainings.Processing payroll for all employees through Payroll/HRIS (main payroll, special runs, bonuses, and housing).Assist with online recruiting platform and pre-employment processing, including onboarding logistics and welcome gift/documentation.Processing of manual checks.Employment verifications.Computer literate with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.Tactful and professional communication abilities.Ability to display discretion with all matters and information related to personnel as well as any things pertaining to Payroll and Human Resources Department.Set up, process, and remittance of payroll-related items such as garnishments, liens, etc.Assist with setup of retirement accounts through Core Bridge team as well as within payroll.Set up and/or assist employees with benefit changes or setup as needed via payroll software as well as benefits team, benefits connect.Assist with the Department expenditures and credit card consolidation processes.Facilitate time card edits and assist staff as needed to troubleshoot.Assist in keeping compliance materials up to date and stocked within the office.Assist in facilitating the payroll needs of both Greenville office and San Jose office.Bi-weekly payroll reminders to all staff.Maintain tracking and scheduling of medical eligibility and form submissions.Assist with Staff Culture Program as needed via logistics, Asana, and overall day of execution and cleanup.Assist with OSHA compliance documentation and administration as needed for the organization.Various HR and Payroll related tasks.Important Notice:
