Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and develop property management teams and operations in market rate property operations. This role involves overseeing regional managers to achieve financial goals and ensuring that property standards align with company and ownership objectives.
Responsibilities
Oversee operations of Regional Managers to achieve financial goals.Hire, train, mentor, and develop teams through effective coaching skills.Establish and maintain relationships with management teams.Regularly visit properties to ensure compliance with company standards.Mentor and coach direct reports on budgeting, managing expenses, capital improvements, and maintenance expectations.Provide guidance on resolving escalated resident concerns.Ensure property management staff are informed of corporate standards, policies, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
10+ years of successful experience in market rate multifamily property operations, progressing to a Vice President level.Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; CPM preferred.Working knowledge of real estate operations, asset management, personnel budgeting, and financial performance.Proven leadership style with a track record of building strong teams.Demonstrated experience in maximizing income in line with company objectives and property budgets.
Location
Dallas, TX - In office.
Compensation
$150,000-$160,000 negotiable, commensurate with experience, plus bonus and benefits including healthcare, 401k match, PTO, profit share, and more.
