If that’s you, then let’s get the conversation started today!Job ResponsibilitiesOversee daily BDC department operationsRecruit and train BDC staffUnderstand buying profiles and patterns of typical telephone prospectsRun daily/weekly/monthly reports and track resultsPrepare individual “call results reports” for BDC staffRecord and listen to customer callsTrain BDC staff by reviewing recorded/live calls and outcomesDetermine which customers to contact based on current marketing initiativesReview performance and develop staffInterface with other department headsParticipate in dealership management meetingsSkills/QualificationsSuccessful track record in Internet sales, auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department managementThe ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists simultaneouslyOverall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operationsStrong organizational skills and leadership abilitiesFamiliarity with dealership CRM and DMS systemsExperience in training teams and individuals preferredJob RequirementsHigh school diploma/GEDBasic computer skillsDealership BDC experienceMust have valid driver licenseCompensationCompensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.Benefits401K retirement savings plan with match and profit sharingMedical, Dental, Vision, STD, and Life insurance optionsPaid vacation, PTO, and holidays
