This team collaborates closely with the Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) and contracted vendors on technical operations of the CBMS system components.Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Leading the development, implementation, and management of a CBMS technology product roadmap for near- and long-term initiatives.Providing operational and strategic direction and oversight to the CBMS Product Director and other roles as needed.Collaborating with and managing senior state leaders and county leaders.Overseeing multiple product workstreams related to technology optimization and strategic improvement.Defining KPIs and measurements of projects and system performance.Consulting directly with counties to identify and refine needed improvements.Ensuring effective utilization of technology resources to deliver integrated benefits.Minimum qualifications:At least nine years of professional experience in a technology-related role, ideally product management, software engineering, user research, or other technical roles.ORBachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline; or related field; AND at least five years of professional experience in a technology-related role.Preferred Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in complex environments.Experience in a leadership role managing technology teams or multiple simultaneous projects.Experience in working in cross-functional teams.Conditions of Employment:The successful candidate must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and must be willing to travel to conduct job duties.How to Apply (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)Applicants are encouraged to attach a cover letter and resume to their application.Please note that ONLY your State of Colorado job application will be reviewed during the initial screening.ADAAA Accommodations:CDHS is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
