This role will lead, oversee, and optimize the food experience by fostering a culture that consistently delivers convenience, fun, and a strong sense of belonging.You will spearhead the development and launch of our inaugural Experience Team, ensuring that every guest interaction is positive, memorable, and aligned with Compass and RA’s brand image.The Great Things You Will Do:Hospitality & Culinary
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall hospitality experience for our guests.Monitor and evaluate hospitality performance at the site and regional level.Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff to ensure exceptional customer interaction and handling feedback effectively.Actively collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.Foster a positive work environment and drive empowerment and pride in delivering exceptional food experiences.Oversee the development and implementation of innovative culinary offerings.Ensure menu offerings are diverse and aligned with customer preferences.Collaborate with culinary teams to design appealing menus that cater to different dietary needs.Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and consistency across all dishes served.Digital
Provide UX-centered support for the development of digital tools and technologies.Ensure digital tools are user-friendly and contribute to a positive customer experience.Collaborate with technology teams to optimize the user experience of our digital platforms.Our Ideal Candidate:
