ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall Supply Chain strategy in alignment with corporate objectives, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.Lead and mentor a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supplier relationships, reduce costs, and mitigate supply chain risks.Oversee the development and implementation of advanced supply chain planning and forecasting models to enhance demand-supply alignment and inventory optimization.Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment across the organization.Develop and implement a robust talent management strategy to build a world-class supply chain organization.Represent the Supply Chain function at the executive level, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth.Align & execute operational tools & practices to achieve Supply Chain and Monogram goals & strategies.Develop system and help deploy DDS (daily Direction Setting) processes throughout Supply Chain.Align with Operations/Supply Chain Leaders to develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities and develop counter measures to close gaps and take advantage of opportunities.Support ad hoc analysis and optimization within current operational constraints throughout the network in order to mitigate short term disruptions, and potential impacts to customer service.Ensure timely reporting & actions on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain.Provide leadership by challenging conventional thinking, establishing, and monitoring metrics and measurements, and build a workforce that applies and utilizes Lean tools and techniques.Work closely with Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing teams to build and enhance S&OP model, and integrate advanced techniques to improve, manage and optimize plant capacities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning processes and tools.Develop and conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with lean principles and standards.Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and assist as needed in execution to achieve savings goals.Evaluate transportation, distribution, and inventory strategies to enhance overall efficiency and service performance.Provide regular communications with ELT.QualificationsProven leadership experience in leading large-scale supply chain operations.Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial metrics and their impact on the supply chain.Experience in developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives with a focus on cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and customer service enhancement.Expertise in supply chain management best practices, including lean methodologies and Six Sigma.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Prior supervisory experience.Thorough understanding of manufacturing with proven knowledge and experience in work systems methodologies.Proven ability to achieve business results through process improvements and capability building through People, Process and Equipment.Effective communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Excellent facilitation skills.Minimum of 10 years performing lean implementation & process excellence.Prior multi-site responsibilities.Six Sigma Black Belt Certification minimum.Experience with OEE, Kaizen, Lean methodologies, Work Process Improvement, RCFA, TPI, TPM.Experience with Financial statements and reporting.Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL (SSMS).Advanced Excel with knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).Must be at least 18 years of age or older.CompetenciesStrategic thinking and planning.Change management.Financial acumen.Problem-solving and decision-making.Leadership and team building.Relationship building and stakeholder management.Communication and presentation skills.Project management.Negotiation and influencing skills.Continuous improvement mindset.EducationBachelor's/technical degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
