General Information:ENS.03.SGN – NAM Service Manager Executive LevelThis job family is responsible for implementing and further developing the Service Strategy in the NAM Region of responsibility. Lead the profitable growth of the Service business in each country to achieve performance targets.Ensure consistent implementation, development, and monitoring of growth initiatives and service delivery processes to drive efficiency and standardization, achieving both high customer satisfaction and business profitability.Positions in this sub-family are responsible for driving and implementing the service strategy as well as operations, growth, monitoring, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting of market conditions, customer strategies, and competitor activities.Your Responsibilities:Conduct business with safety and integrity.Identify and manage the marketing and sales investments necessary to increase market penetration and enter new market segments while building customer awareness.Ensure timely delivery of service sales and strategy.Implement global service strategies in the region of responsibility.Implement agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.Support day-to-day service operations and coordinate regionally, exploring synergies and standardization across the market.Maintain strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, production, and distribution departments to ensure growth, improvement, and productivity.Manage tasks/activities related to the Product Management Team.Structure, maintain, and sustain a solid strategic plan for service initiatives with clear annual actions up to 2030.Work closely with the Country Service Manager and Service Marketing and Sales in NAM.Monitor new product market trends for proper service initiative review.Manage product life cycle, including transitions from active to classic, limited, and obsolescence.Collaborate with other operating unit managers in the region.Strategic inventory management across the region.Provide technical and commercial support to Sales force for critical negotiations.Work with Research & Development (R&D) to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products/system/service and variants.Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
