ENS.03.SGN – NAM Service Manager Executive Level. This job family is responsible for implementing and further developing the Service Strategy in the NAM Region. Lead the profitable growth of the Service business in each country to achieve performance targets.Ensure consistent implementation, development, and monitoring of growth initiatives and service delivery processes to drive efficiency and standardization, achieving high customer satisfaction and business profitability.Positions in this sub-family are responsible for driving and implementing the service strategy, operations, growth, monitoring, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on market conditions, customer strategies, and competitor activities.Your Responsibilities:Conduct business with safety and integrity.Identify and manage marketing and sales investments necessary to increase market penetration and enter new market segments while building customer awareness.Ensure timely delivery of service sales and strategy.Implement proper global service strategies in the region.Implement agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.Support day-to-day service operations, coordinating regionally to explore synergies and standardization across the market.Maintain strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, production, and distribution departments.Manage all required tasks/activities related to the Product Management Team.Maintain a solid strategic plan for service initiatives with clear annual actions up to 2030.Work closely with Country Service Manager and Service Marketing and Sales in NAM.Monitor new product market trends for service initiative reviews.Manage product life cycles, including transitions from active to classic, limited, and obsolescence.Collaborate with other operating units' managers in the region.Manage strategic inventory across the region.Provide technical and commercial support to the sales force for critical negotiations.Work with Research & Development (R&D) on product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products/systems/services.Ensure the area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled, and directed, guiding and developing subordinates within HR policies.Drive sales efficiency through product training of LSO.Live Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity.Your Background:Required Competences:Engineering degreeField Service ExperienceProduct knowledgeAdditional Training Certifications:Safety CertificationLSR - Life Saving RulesStop Take FiveABRA related to specific service initiativesShop TrainingSF6 Gas HandlingOther Required CertificationsLeadership Pillars (online)Diversity 360Technical Product TrainingLean Six Sigma – Green BeltCandidate must have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) - Females/Minorities/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesProtected veterans and qualified individuals with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations if unable to use or access Hitachi Energy's career site due to disability.
