Associate Attorney - Products Liability Defense
A rapidly growing, established national litigation firm seeks two attorneys with 1 - 3 years of civil defense litigation. The preferred candidate will have experience working on asbestos and/or silicosis related cases, but not required; the firm is willing to train candidates who have previous California civil defense litigation experience.Experience with written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, and capable of working remotely or hybrid is essential. Must be highly motivated with strong written, analytical, and communication skills. Licensure in California is required.This position is currently fully remote except for court appearances, depositions, and mediations (once trained). Excellent opportunity to work on a trial team as the team has a number of cases set for trial in 2025 and 2026!Competitive salary between $110 - 140k commensurate with years and depth of experience + quarterly attorney bonus potential for billable hours + excellent benefit package.
