Your role will be pivotal in identifying, solving, and executing on tactical strategic initiatives. You will lead a team in dissecting unique business cases, aggregating and analyzing data from disparate sources, articulating thoughtful recommendations, and implementing proposed solutions to drive strategic growth.The ideal candidate is highly intelligent, adaptable, creative, and enjoys being part of a team that seeks to solve hard problems and disrupt the status quo in the industry.The team values innovation, collaboration, and a strong commitment to excellence.As a Manager, Asset Operations, you will:Hire, train, and develop a team of analysts responsible for driving performance across a nationwide portfolio of multifamily assets.Collaborate with key corporate and property-level stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize solutions, and champion adoption of business initiatives.Assist with the integration and implementation of proprietary software and leading third-party technology.Manage and review complex analyses of key performance indicators to identify operational trends and propose solutions.Contribute to new business development and fundraising efforts.Manage and review annual budgets, business plans, and financial variance analyses.Ensure the team executes regular and ad-hoc reporting packages and communicates performance results.YOU ARE/HAVE:Bachelor’s degree from a top business school, with a preference for degrees in Finance and Real Estate.3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Investment, Asset Management, Property Management, Investment Banking, or a similar function.Strong knowledge of real estate principles, including operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and value creation.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Outlook).Strong time management skills, with the ability to identify process improvements.A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a project team.ABOUT THE COMPANY:We are a rapidly growing private equity firm specializing in real estate investment, with a focus on multifamily and single-family operations.
