Landsea Homes is seeking a passionate and dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Corporate HR Operations team. Reporting to the Vice President of HR, Homebuilding Operations, the TA Coordinator will serve as central support to recruiting strategies across the country, championing the candidate experience and supporting hiring teams in alignment with company culture and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Company's recruiting and onboarding practices.

Oversee the Company’s recruiting platforms such as the ClearCompany Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Talent, Indeed and Glassdoor.

Conduct intake calls with hiring teams to identify staffing priorities and develop strategies to fill open positions.

Source resumes and applications, conduct screening interviews with potential candidates, and send qualified leads to hiring managers.

Extend offer letters to final candidates, send initial welcome letter to new hires, and coordinate the pre-employment screening process before turning over to Division HR for onboarding.

Update the VP of Human Resources and hiring teams on the status of open positions.

Act as liaison between the company and applicants, provide candidates with regular updates, and answer questions and inquiries from job applicants and prospective new hires.

Champion the candidate experience in alignment with the company culture and brand.

Collaborate with hiring teams to write or update job descriptions, keeping Company job description library current.

Post job openings utilizing the Company’s ATS (ClearCompany).

Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs.

Represent the company in job fairs, recruiting and networking events.

Perform additional duties, as requested.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in recruiting or HR, preferably in the Real Estate or Construction industry.

Ability to demonstrate discretion and ethical business practices when handling confidential information.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ClearCompany preferred) and recruiting platforms.

Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting, recruiting-related HR practices, and the use of various interview formats.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication skills and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external business partners.

Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule.

Demonstrated ability to complete projects and tasks with integrity, professionalism, commitment, and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary position. May be required to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. This position requires public contact, as such, appropriate business apparel and professional appearance is expected.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel may be required. A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance is required at all times.
