Director of Growth and OperationsLocation:

Des Moines, Iowa

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and relationship building efforts within the territory

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth

Lead a startup branch location to recruit and retain top quality talent

Oversee day-to-day office operations with a focus on maximizing growth opportunities

Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction

Manage recruitment, retention, and training activities to build a high-performing team

Advocate for seniors in the community we service

Required Qualifications:

High school graduation required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration preferred

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Great customer service

The ability to work at a micro level of details and shift to higher levels as the office grows

Preferred Qualifications:

Veteran of the armed forces – HIGHLY PREFERRED

Some previous experience with the Veteran’s Administration

2-3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

Proven ability to build and grow territories from scratch

Strong understanding of financial reporting and budget management

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales process management

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
