A law firm based in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Liability Attorney. The ideal candidate will independently manage a diverse litigation caseload, handling cases from inception through resolution. This role requires frequent court appearances and depositions, and a strong background in commercial and/or civil litigation is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Professional Liability Litigation.Duties and Responsibilities:Independently manage a litigation caseload, from case inception through resolution.Conduct regular court appearances and depositions.Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each case.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding professional liability issues.Negotiate settlements and represent clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.Maintain detailed case records and ensure timely filing of documents.Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and case law to effectively represent clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.Admitted to practice in California.Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial and/or civil litigation.Experience handling Professional Liability Litigation matters preferred.Superior academic credentials.Law Review/Law Journal or Moot Court experience is strongly preferred.Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.Exceptional negotiation and client advocacy skills.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Education:JD from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications:Admitted to practice law in California.Benefits Offered:Annual discretionary bonus.Performance-based bonus.Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO).Professional and client development opportunities.Location:Company infoBCG Attorney Search1750 Montgomery St Fl 1San FranciscoCaliforniaUnited States 94111Phone :
