Full-timeSummary:The IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and business functions, focusing on modernizing processes, driving value, and fulfilling business needs through technology. The BRM partners with business leaders to coordinate IT service delivery, ensuring that solutions align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable business results. This role oversees the entire lifecycle of IT service delivery, from idea conception to implementation, training, and ongoing support.This position supports business functions across North America, particularly four plants: Nogales (Mexico), Santa Rosa, Irvine, and San Diego. It involves ensuring that IT services meet operational needs while driving digital transformation, automation, and improved service availability for both internal and external stakeholders. The role will focus on evolving the organization's IT service delivery model from a reactive, order-taking approach to a proactive, business-partner model, while implementing significant change management processes throughout the organization.A successful BRM will be detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities, and proactive in seeking and addressing challenges. This individual should consistently deliver business outcomes while leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve processes.Essential Responsibilities:Partner with functional leaders to lead efforts to modernize data usage, increasing organizational maturity for operational efficiency and actionable insights.Collaborate with business partners to define initiatives, determine success metrics, develop plans, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.Act as the main IT contact for corporate functions, managing operational and strategic IT needs.Identify and prioritize technology-driven initiatives to create business value and operational efficiency.Lead digital transformation efforts aligned with corporate strategy and vision.Manage key IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Advocate for supported business functions by monitoring open tasks, escalating issues, and identifying trends that may impact operations.Lead change management efforts to drive both business and technical changes across a matrixed organization.Stay informed of industry trends to identify new opportunities and lead project/program development aligned with strategic plans.Foster relationships of trust and credibility with business leaders, driving value creation through technology.Ensure SOX and security compliance, while supporting M&A activities and growth in emerging markets.Continuously identify areas for improvement in processes, policies, and procedures, especially in support of business expansion.Supervisory Responsibilities:Provide leadership, communication, and coaching to foster a high-performance culture.Conduct performance reviews, manage team development, and resolve employee issues.Support recruitment and talent management by interviewing, hiring, training, and overseeing team assignments.Promote adherence to company policies, including safety and conduct standards.Desired Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale system planning, analysis, and development projects.Proven ability to build relationships across functions and drive consensus.Experience in manufacturing, digital transformation, and ERP system integration.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; SAP, EDI, and MES experience preferred.Strong passion for customer service and process improvement through technology.Skilled in project management, including scope definition, risk analysis, and implementation planning.Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to deadlines and quality.High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.Ethical and collaborative, with a strong sense of business acumen and a passion for innovation.
