Job SummaryAs a Group Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality management processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in maintaining quality control procedures and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.Responsibilities
Completing PPAPs and creating and implementing SOPsConduct vision inspection system checks to ensure product quality (Welding and Machining Inspections)Implement and maintain quality systems such as ISO 13485 and ISO 9001Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsLead and mentor team members to uphold quality standards and meet production goalsExperience
Proven experience in quality management and quality control within a manufacturing settingFamiliarity with ISO standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001)Ability to operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for inspection purposesKnowledge of vision inspection systems for quality assuranceStrong analytical skills to interpret data and drive process improvementsThis position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, contribute to maintaining high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.Job Type : Full-timeBenefits :Flexible schedulePaid time offSchedule :8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekends as neededExperience :Manufacturing: 4 years (Required)Shift availability :Day Shift (Required)Ability to Commute :Chillicothe, IL 61523 (Required)Work Location : In person
