Executive AssistantCedar Hill Regional Medical Center - Opening in 2025!When open in early 2025, Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health will be the first new full-service hospital in Washington, DC in more than 20 years! This teaching hospital will integrate clinical care with existing providers, The George Washington University Hospital, and the Urgent Care Center in Ward 8. This clinical integration will establish a robust system of care for all District residents, but more importantly, it will ensure residents of Wards 7 and 8 have access to high quality care in their community.This full-service hospital will include 136 beds (with the ability to expand to 184 beds), a verified trauma center, adult and pediatric emergency departments, maternal health and delivery, an ambulatory pavilion for physician offices, clinics, a community space, a 500-car garage and a helipad for emergency transports.We are seeking an experienced

Executive Assistant

to provide confidential, executive level support to the CEO and other members of the C-Suite and Administrative Suite.Creates an environment to enable other employees to function effectively and efficiently.Manages all workflow priorities of all executives to include CEO, CFO, COO and CNO.Ensure daily workflow incorporates standard processes and changing priorities.Ensures that responses to executive requests are accurate and timely.Coordinates projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff.Coordinate travel arrangements including transportation, hotel, travel itinerary, meeting agenda/material and completion of travel expense report upon return.Handles inquiries/requests independently within established procedures; provides assistance by researching issues and gathering data for the preparation of reports, charts, and presentations.Maintain senior executives' calendars and meeting schedules; schedule appointments, meetings.Communicate effectively and positively with internal and external customers, employees, executives, and vendors.
