Sell the William O’Neil domestic and international stock buy and sell recommendations, data research, and bespoke analytic tools to qualified institutional clients.Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively present stock ideas, the O'Neil Methodology and our proprietary platform Panaray to clients and prospectsProspect, qualify, and close new business within the top 500 institutional prospects (AUM)Effectively contact and follow-up with all prospects and clients to ensure product/service satisfactionSuccessfully meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas/goalsAchieve profitable revenue growth by capturing new business and expanding business within an existing client baseEstablish and maintain professional relationships with Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts to identify new business opportunitiesOther duties as determined by managementQualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 10-15 years’ sales experience in the equity markets or financial services industryActive series 65/66 with no disclosures on U-4 (test could be taken as well)Deep understanding and knowledge of equity investments and overall financial marketAbility to travel 25% to 50% of the timeAbility to effectively articulate and explain financial services and strategies to a professional, institutional audienceAbility to work with a CRM system, along with sales reportingAbility to develop creative solutions to complex problemsBachelor’s degree in Business or related fieldPerform all work and activities with honesty and integrityTake personal responsibility for productivity, quality and timeliness of work of self and teamEffectively communicate (and listen) clearly, professionally, politely and persuasively in all situations; respond well and in a reasonable, timely mannerChallenge conventional practices in a collaborative fashion and use creativity and information to lead, innovate, problem solve, and implement ideas to contribute to the growth of the organizationCollaborate with co-workers to achieve common goalsSalary Range
Targeted Hiring Range: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 (yearly salary)This is an unlimited opportunity with an extremely competitive commission plan.Pay ranges are open to negotiation depending on the nature of the role and additional compensation plans such as commissions and bonuses are not factored in.Working Conditions
Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
