Job Description:The Marketing Coordinator at CORE X PLUG is responsible for supporting the marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns and strategies. This role involves coordinating various marketing activities, handling promotional efforts, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand communication and engagement.

$21.50 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaignsCoordinate with internal departments and external agencies to implement marketing strategiesManage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engagementCreate promotional materials such as brochures, email newsletters, and online advertisementsMonitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns through data analysis and metricsConduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitorsSupport the planning and execution of events, promotions, and product launchesAssist in the creation of marketing content for digital platforms, including blogs, websites, and social mediaMaintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are metTrack and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resourcesCollaborate with sales teams to develop lead generation strategies and marketing materialsAssist in managing and updating the company's website and online presenceMaintain organized records of marketing materials, campaigns, and performance reportsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Previous experience in a marketing role is preferred but not required for entry-level candidatesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus)Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and project management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsCreativity and attention to detailBenefits:
