The State of Wisconsin DOC is seeking a Telecommunication Analyst IIIPosition overview: Looking for an experienced Telecommunication Analyst to continue our support for our business partners and people in our care. This individual will be assisting with supporting and installing telephones, cellphones and other video conferencing solutions.Required Skills & Years of Experience: 1 – 5 Years• Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management• Mobile device support and Management• Customer Service• Working knowledge of iPhones and iPads• Strong customer service skills• Ability to work in a fast paced environmentRequired soft skills:• Ability to work independently but in a team environment-• Able to meet deadlines• Punctual• Ability to multi-task and balance their work day• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and determine a solutionPreferred vendor Experience:• USCC• Verizon• AT&T (FirstNet)• Zoom• AirWatch• Apple Business Management• Microsoft• Cisco WebexRemote or on-site: Candidates MUST be local to WI or willing to relocate at the candidate's expense prior to starting. This position is mostly remote but will require office visits as needed.Additional information:Travel: In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. This position will have minimal travel but it may be necessary for some projects. No overnight travel expected.Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on mobile technology management, deployment, and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with mobile devices, and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop applications, iPhones, and iPads. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. This is a remote position with office visits at least weekly.
