Job Description
As Graphic Design Specialist for Eataly North America, you will support the brand creative team in developing pixel perfect work across digital and in-store touchpoints in the Eataly brand ecosystem. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepare and deliver assets for retail, restaurant, and digital communication channels
Build and maintain organized production files. Collaborate closely with the team to streamline and optimize workflows.
Work closely with Graphic Design Manager to understand project requirements and successfully deliver work against deadlines
Problem-solve and adapt to turn around work on tight timelines
Ensure that all work is on-brand and technically flawless
Support on print production management as needed
Qualifications:Qualifications
1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer at an agency or on an in-house creative team
Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite required
A portfolio that demonstrates strong typographic skills and an eye for composition
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
An entrepreneurial spirit. You’re comfortable working independently and value the opportunity to proactively identify and develop new projects and workflows
An enthusiasm for working collaboratively with others
Ability to multitask and adapt to directional pivots and prioritization shifts
Experience managing commercial print production, a plus
The annual compensation for this position is $65,000- 72,000
