Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium (preferred) or in Atlanta, Raleigh, Boston, US .About the roleThe Asset Patient & Regulatory Community Lead, Epilepsy, integrates insights across the patient journey and unmet needs to contribute to global asset strategies for UCB’s Epilepsy brand portfolio. This role involves synthesizing patient and regulatory insights, ensuring strategic and operational recommendations are integrated across functions, and supporting clinical development, regulatory filings, and patient access goals.Who you’ll work withYou will work with a matrixed team including Global Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Biometrics & Quantitative Statistics, Integrated Strategic Evidence Generation, Patient Safety, Global PV, PCOR, Patient Engagement and Advocacy, and other relevant stakeholders. The Lead coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to enhance patient experience and ensure streamlined efforts for Epilepsy Developed Brands.What you’ll doDrive project goals and objectives for Patient Evidence engagement in commercial and medical strategies for Epilepsy Brands.Oversee deliverables for patient supply, regulatory maintenance, medical safety, PV compliance, and patient engagement.Contribute to program planning, ensuring oversight for clinical development, regulatory affairs, and external engagement.Oversee project budgeting for the integrated program plan and the three-year plan.Lead project planning and development of key milestones for global strategic planning, collaborating with various functions.Develop and implement patient insights generation strategy to reflect patient journey in global asset strategies.Contribute to forecasting and scenario planning for investment decisions, resource allocation, and supply needs.Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, supporting UCB’s vision, mission, and values.Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skillsMinimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology space, with subject matter expertise in the different stages of the product development lifecycle, including in country or regional leadership roles in US, Europe, Japan or China as well as experience in pre-launch development, launch and late lifecycle a plus.Proven experience in the clinical development and regulatory process and related disciplines to serve as a liaison for the Patient and Regulatory Community teams.Experience in clinical development project management and strategic planning of pharmaceutical products, preferably in the Epilepsy treatments.Demonstrated ability to work in highly diverse matrixed cross-functional teams both globally and locally.Previous experience with project management tools, budget management, project planning and goal setting.Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to create collaborative working relationships.Ability to integrate complex information across stakeholders and disciplines.This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $284,000-$319,500. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
