Job Description

We are looking for a bright, talented DevOps Intern to join a team of highly energized and professional engineers working on mission-critical systems in the red-host cybersecurity industry. Focused on development flow productivity, building application infrastructures and tools, with huge challenges related to hyper-growth of engineering and application scale at CyberArk.

As part of your role, you will design, implement, and deploy products and infrastructure which will directly increase our stability and quality, while reducing our time to market.

Write Jenkins pipelines with GroovyWrite infrastructure as code (Terraform) in AWSWrite Python applications running on DockerImplement bug fixes and feature requests to existing infrastructureParticipate in AGILE ceremonies and demo your workGrow your skills!

Qualifications

Preferred to be studying for an information security or computer science related degreeTechnical experience in one or more of the following:Cloud or self-hosted computer infrastructureBuilding in and securing CI/CD environmentsCommon AWS services like EC2, VPC, etc.Configuration management experience like Terraform or AnsibleUnderstanding of KubernetesSoftware or scripting development experience in any language; Ex: Python, Go,JavaScript, Ruby, etc.Experience in one of the following:Linux and Windows operating system administrationComputer networkingDesire to work in automationAn aptitude to think like an attackerExcellent communication skillsExceptional attention to detailUnderstanding of Information Security in various environmentsDesire to assume sole and independent responsibilitiesAbility to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, interdependent tasks and ensure their accurate completion
