Monitor compliance with risk management protocols.
Provide education and training to staff on risk management practices.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and investigations.
Stay up-to-date on regulations and guidelines related to risk management.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with legal and insurance teams to manage liability issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Active Registered Nurse license.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare risk management.
Certification in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives.
