Candidates from alternative central cities are encouraged to apply.The Implementation Specialist (IS) is responsible for training and support of hospital and clinical staff at the time of product introduction. The product launch will be part of a larger clinical workflow implementation; the IS will be instrumental in workflow adoption and product uptake. This role requires building relationships with stakeholders within the health system (e.g., physicians, pharmacists, nurses, administrators) who are involved in implementing clinical workflow. Experience in a clinical environment such as the Emergency Department, Outpatient clinic, or procedural lab is preferred. The IS will communicate successes and challenges to product adoption and workflow implementation. The product represents a paradigm shift in treatment for heart failure patients; this person will be nimble, solution-oriented, and an excellent communicator both internally and externally to the organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Our employees are tasked with driving successful product implementation and growth within assigned IDN’s. This implementation and growth will stem from:Train and Support IDN/Hospital staff on Product within workflow and compliance guidelinesPrior experience in clinical settings such as Emergency Department, Medical Clinic, Inpatient Floor preferredCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategiesConduct product presentations, educational programs, and in-service training for healthcare professionalsProvide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and market dynamicsUtilize Veeva/Salesforce to track implementation and feedbackTravel: Up to 60% of the timeMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Experience and familiarity with clinical environmentCollaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsUtilize Veeva/Salesforce to track implementation statusUtilize Microsoft suite of products to communicate messagesExcellent interpersonal skills, including networking, influencing, and communicationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education:

Bachelor’s Degree, Medical technician, RN/BSN, or LPNExperience and/or Training:

Experience and comfort in clinical settings (ED, Outpatient, Inpatient)Licenses/Certificates:
