and will assist the Assistant Controller in leading projects and executing process improvements. This company offers a
FLEXIBLE HYBRID
schedule where only 1-2 days a week is expected in the office.

Expected Responsibilities include:
Monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing processesAssisting in the development of financial statements, reporting, audits and advanced projectsBuilding out new processes and proceduresProvide mentorship and leadership to others on the Accounting & Finance teamEnsure GAAP compliance
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or FinanceBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredPublic Accounting experience and/or CPA highly preferredSoftware industry experience preferredAbility to handle multiple projects and complete assigned tasksExperience with NetSuite or similar mid-sized ERP preferred
