Senior Accountant
to join their Denver team. This newly created position is all about taking the current manual processes and transforming them with automation—making things faster, smoother, and more efficient!What You'll Be Doing:Drive Automation : Lead efforts to automate invoicing, cash application, and data collection processes using tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Tableau, and Power Platform.System Optimization : Analyze current accounting systems, propose upgrades, and collaborate with IT to integrate accounting processes with other business applications.Process Improvement : Streamline the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and improved month-end close times.Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to troubleshoot, implement improvements, and enhance overall efficiency.Accounting Support : Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, support audits, and develop standard operating procedures.What We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fieldCPA or CMA certification5+ years of accounting, finance, or systems analysis experienceStrong skills with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and data tools (Tableau, Power BI)Solid understanding of process improvement and system optimizationA true
