08/22/2023CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARDResponsibilities:Assist military and government service personnel in the design, planning, coordination, synchronization, preparation, and execution of training/exercise events.Provide full-time equivalent Mission Command/Command and Control SME at Brigade and Battalion levels for the CTSA HRF/CERFP team.Focus on mission command, staff operations, and logistics during training exercises and evaluations.Develop training Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) or other scripted training scenarios to enhance Technical Support Forces (TSF) unit emergency response skills.Conduct unit or venue specific visits, including planning meetings and Site Surveys.Qualifications:Strong expertise in mission command, command and control systems, and associated principles.Solid understanding of logistics.Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.Ability to work well within a team and lead teams effectively; adapt quickly to changing circumstances.Experience and knowledge as an emergency responder, accredited by IFSAC or Pro Board.Fully qualified in accordance with OSHA, NIMS, and NFPA 1670 training qualification standards.Knowledge of current Army Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Training and Evaluation Outlines (T&EOs).Experience with TSF chemical, medical, and search & rescue units and their compliance with Incident Command System.Hazardous Material First Responder Operations Level certification with at least eight hours of training.Other Requirements:US Citizenship:
