08/29/2024CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARDResponsibilities:Assist military and government service personnel in the design, planning, coordination, synchronization, preparation, and execution of the training/exercise events.Provide full-time equivalent Mission Command/Command and Control SME at Brigade and Battalion Command and Control levels to enable command and control mission capability within the team.Focus on mission command, staff operations, and logistics during training exercises and evaluations.Develop training Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) or other scripted training scenarios to enhance Technical Support Forces (TSF) unit emergency response skills.Conduct unit or venue specific visits, including planning meetings and Site Surveys.Qualifications:Strong expertise in mission command, command and control systems, and the associated principles.Solid understanding of logistics.Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to solve complex problems.Ability to work well within a team and lead teams effectively; adaptable to changing circumstances and able to adjust training scenarios accordingly.Experience and knowledge as an emergency responder with accreditation by either IFSAC or Pro Board.Fully qualified in accordance with OSHA requirements, NIMS, and NFPA 1670 training qualification standards.Knowledge of current Army Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Training and Evaluation Outlines (T&EOs), and employment operations for the specific mission being supported.Experience and knowledge of TSF chemical, medical, and search & rescue units and their compliance with Incident Command System protocols.Possess Hazardous Material First Responder Operations Level certification with at least eight hours of training in relevant areas.Other Requirements:US Citizenship:
