LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nonprofit client to find a dedicated Case Manager. This role involves both fieldwork and in-office responsibilities aimed at supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, including those with mental health or substance abuse challenges.Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of clients, helping them transition to stable housing.Provide support in accessing housing resources, documentation, employment opportunities, and healthcare as needed.Perform comprehensive case management to ensure client needs are met effectively.Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 1 year of case management or social work experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems.Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication.Empathetic and compassionate approach to client interactions.Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thorough documentation.Ability to work under pressure and handle de-escalation when necessary.Effective time management and adherence to deadlines.Pay Details:
