Associa's Award Winning HR team is looking for an HR Director to join us.

The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. The HR Director serves as an advocate who ensures that all company and employee interactions are handled in a fair and consistent manner. Other responsibilities may include recruiting, new hire orientation, employee development, training, payroll and compensation, benefit administration, employee relations including performance improvement administration.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Lead HR operations.

Manage and supervise human resource initiatives; recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations of an organization as needed.

Regularly attend leadership meetings with assigned business units.

Consult with all levels of management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

Participate in development, delivery, evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

Provide leadership and support in talent acquisition efforts.

Provide guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.

Monitor and analyze talent trends and company metrics to inform solutions, programs and policies.

Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

Partner with senior leadership to shape culture across the global footprint.

Ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and follow professional standards, state and federal requirements and laws.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level.

Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.

Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.

Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.

Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.

Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Education & Experience:

5+ years of professional HR experience, ideally from a services-oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred.

Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, training and development, employee relations, talent acquisition, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
