We are looking for a dedicated Director Clinical Pharmacy and Specialty Operation like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThis position oversees the clinical pharmacy and specialty pharmacy GPO operations. Responsibilities include business development support, new member onboarding and optimization, and liaison with Specialty GPO partner. Clinical Operation responsibilities include clinical pharmacy board leadership, clinical initiatives, operational optimization of drug products, management of appropriate drug utilization, and quality improvement activities.What you will do in this role includes:Facilitate clinical pharmacy advisory board meetings.Collaborate with drug information services and analytics team to develop clinical strategies.Develop Key Performance Indicators related to Specialty Drug Utilization.Support business development and sales team as the knowledge expert.Assist in development of “best practice” recommendations for outpatient and specialty drug management.Analyze new drug pipeline for contract opportunity.Work with pharmacy leadership to analyze drug spend trends.What qualifications you will need:Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.Masters degree in business or healthcare related field preferred.7 or more years of experience in clinical coordination or specialty pharmacy GPO required.Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Public speaking and presentation skills.We are a family of 270,000 dedicated professionals!
