Overview:2020 Companies in partnership with Samsung Electronics America is hiring a full-time Data Analyst!Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMPay: $30.00 + per hour based on experienceLocation: On-site in Ridgefield Park, NJ officeThe overall purpose of this position is to increase productivity and effectiveness among those associated with VOC operations through daily VOC data analysis. The reports include important information, sent to extra care agents and their supervisors, which is needed to keep those responsible on top of their work.
