What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Manage relationships with manufacturers and oversee daily workflow of the Access or Affordability Support Services DivisionSupervise call center staff and ensure compliance with operational proceduresMonitor and verify communications regarding insurance and provider interactionsProvide strategic client management and conduct quarterly business reviewsCollect and compile research and data for reports and presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of five years of relevant work experience, including call center management/supervisor experienceStrong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitudeExceptional verbal and written communication skills5-7 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or related fields

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):1-2 years of experience using IQVIA data and productsKnowledge of insurance and adjudication processesProficient in cross-training across various departmentsExperience in project management and team buildingFamiliarity with IQVIA databases and report creation processes
