What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Manage relationships with manufacturers and coordinate daily workflow within the specific manufacturer programMonitor and verify call center staff interactions with patients, providers, and third-party payersAddress staff and customer inquiries and recommend corrective servicesCollect research and data to compile into reports and presentations for clientsProvide key updates and quarterly business reviews for clients

What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceFive years of relevant work experience, including call center management/supervisor experienceStrong analytical skills with a problem-solving aptitudeMinimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or a related fieldProficient in data entry skills with a typing speed of 30 wpm or more

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):1-2 years of experience using IQVIA data and productsKnowledge of insurance and adjudication processesUnderstanding of pharmacy and medical co-pay claims processingProject management experience in overseeing complex, multi-discipline projectsProficiency in cross-training across various departments
