Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders enable you to effectively drive compliance and enforce program goals. You proactively identify opportunities for improvement, communicate clearly, and advocate for meaningful change, ensuring that diversity objectives are met and upheld. Your adaptability and confidence allow you to represent the organization with authority and impact in both public and professional settings.What you will do:Administer and enforce M/WBE & DBE Program compliance for capital projects, ensuring alignment with Massport goals and federal regulations.Provide guidance and consultation during bidding, RFP, and contract award processes to maximize M/WBE & DBE opportunities.Monitor contractor efforts, verify compliance, and compile necessary reports to support accurate recordkeeping and federal reporting.Coordinate and implement M/WBE & DBE initiatives, recommending improvements and ensuring that program goals are achievable and enforced.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years in diversity/compliance programs or related fields.In-depth knowledge of EEO/AA laws, federal regulations, and experience in auditing and enforcing compliance.Strong quantitative analysis and program evaluation skills, with familiarity in design, real estate, or auditing.Dedication to diversity initiatives, with strong communication skills, software proficiency, and ability to maintain confidentiality.Collaboration with colleagues at all levels of leadership from all different disciplines, from Aviation to Maritime and beyond.
