Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to articulate the employer's value proposition effectively and collaborate across departments to meet staffing needs. With a strong analytical approach, you'll refine recruitment processes and implement innovative strategies, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent essential for its growth and success.What you will do:Coordinate daily Talent Acquisition activities, ensure smooth execution of recruitment efforts, and maintain high standards in hiring practices.Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition and process improvements that align with organizational goals and accommodate differentiated staffing needs.Direct workforce planning initiatives and collaborate with educational institutions to anticipate future workforce needs and create inclusive employment pathways.Manage key performance indicators to assess recruitment strategies, optimize team performance, and enhance recruitment expertise across the organization.WHAT YOU OFFER8+ years’ talent acquisition experience, with 3+ years managing a team.Demonstrated capabilities in training, mentoring, and coaching staff.Proficiency in recruitment software and HR information systems, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.Knowledge of recruitment metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices.WHAT WE OFFERCollaboration with colleagues at all levels of leadership from all different disciplines, from Aviation to Maritime and beyond.
