This role offers a competitive salary of $100K per year and a hybrid work arrangement, making it a great fit for candidates with a background in public accounting or real estate investment management.Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting operations related to real estate investmentsPerform routine cash and transaction reconciliations, addressing any discrepanciesAssist with the preparation of financial statements, investor reports, and regulatory filingsConduct research on accounting issues, investment activities, and regulatory updatesContribute to the external audit process, including quarterly reviews and diligence effortsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financeCPA designation is preferred2+ years of experience in public accounting and/or real estate investment managementProficiency with Yardi accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with fund accounting systems is a plus
