Senior Fund Accountant - Growing Private Equity Firm | Southeast FloridaA successful Asset Management firm located in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant with 3+ years of experience in a PE firm or exposure to fund accounting. CPA is highly preferred.You will be responsible for real estate investment operations, overseeing accounting activities, conducting research, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of investment data and financial reporting processes.Responsibilities:
Day-to-day accounting operations for investment activityPerform regular reconciliations of cash and transactionsPrepare financial statements, investor reports, and other regulatory filingsConduct research and analysis on accounting issues, investment transactions, and regulatory changesPrepare financial statements and related reporting for review, including SEC filings as applicableAssist and support with managing the external audit process, including quarterly reviews and diligence projectsQualifications:
