They aren't afraid to turn work away if they can't deliver on it (recently done with Costa) which also protects their brand and credibility.They're looking for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent projects. Some of the recent work they're winning is valued up to £2m so experience with this size of job is important.Your role will be delivery focused. Taking projects from the pre-construction team, formulating a programme, liaising with the client and delivering the project.General duties will include:Attend project tender interviewsReview and comment on Contract documentationProduce project protocol documentationArrange and chair internal project kick-off meetings ensuring all aspects of the business are briefed on the details of the projectProduction of Construction Phase PlanArrange and chair subcontractor and client meetingsReview and approval of all drawings to ensure accuracy before issuing to client teamAssessment of subcontractor packages and negotiating, ensuring best possible commercial and programme packages are achievedDevelopment of project programme from tender programme to fully functioning project programmeIdentify and maximise cost changes throughout the contractAbility to lead a project team throughout the course of the contractSourcing of a Site Management team for relevant projectsSourcing of a site team for relevant projectsRegular site visits to assess progress and liaise closely with site teamProduction of O&M manuals
