Kearney & Company is currently seeking a

Software Developer

to support MRO SCRUM team activities. The successful candidate will serve as a key member on one of the Agile Framework SCRUM Teams supporting MRO solution using unmodified commercial software. The candidate will provide a broad range of Air Force logistics expertise including assisting other SCRUM teams. The candidate will also develop and support applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, and points of view related to the MRO solution.Responsibilities

Reside on Scrum Team and be responsible for design, development, and break-fix support of custom Oracle objects supporting Oracle r12 Maintenance and Financials solutionDesign, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirementsProvide analysis and problem resolution for fixes to reported problemsDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and provide Oracle training, as requiredInteract and communicate effectively with logistics and technology senior/middle managementParticipate in MRO process improvement workshops identifying gaps, and providing solutions to bridge gaps and enhance processesHave frequent (daily) communication with and demonstration of progress to the Product OwnerMaintain boards (Scrum) and the project management tool (JIRA)Qualifications

Required Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer within Oracle applicationsActive Security+ certificationBachelor's Degree in an IT related fieldExperience with Service Oriented Architecture, JAVA, Procedural Language (PL)/Structured Query Language (SQL), or OracleMust be willing and able to travel in support of MRO as requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)Preferred Qualifications:Air Force logistics experienceWorking knowledge of the Agile Framework (i.e. Jira, Confluence)Experience working in logistics legacy systemsExperience with Oracle maintenance, supply chain, logistics, or financials modulesKCO1701#LI-RemoteOverview

This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).Benefits
